Marsh Ragwort (Senecio aquaticus)



Marsh Ragwort is a native, biennial (sometimes perennial) herb, growing up to 80cm.
Flowers are bright yellow and up to 4cm across.
Inner bracts are green with white edges (just visible in picture 4) and outer bracts are blunter and green with dark tips.
Leaves are dark green and glossy. Lower leaves are more divided than the upper leaves.
The stem is branched and grey, green or purple.
